Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website visionactuallatam.com, operated by Visionactuallatam S.A.S., NIT 901.847.392-4, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
1. Purpose
Visionactuallatam provides a digital collaborative financing platform for collective investment in real estate projects developed in Colombia, pursuant to Decree 1357 of 2018 and the regulation of the Colombian Financial Superintendency.
2. Registration and eligibility
To invest you must be over 18 years old, have a valid identification document, complete the KYC verification process and accept SARLAFT rules. Visionactuallatam reserves the right to approve or reject registrations.
3. Investment risks
Real estate investments involve risks, including construction delays, market fluctuations and partial or total loss of contributed capital. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
4. Fees
Visionactuallatam charges a success fee on the returns generated, in addition to a per-project administration fee. All fees are detailed in the technical sheet of each investment.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logos, software) is owned by Visionactuallatam S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary jurisdiction of the judges of Bogotá D.C., following mandatory conciliation.
